What is the shelf life of Freshcon India products?
Our products are packed using advanced preservation techniques to maintain freshness. Most items have a shelf life ranging from 6 to 12 months; please refer to the individual packaging for specific 'Best Before' dates.
How do you ensure the quality of your food items?
We maintain strict quality control standards by sourcing directly from certified farms and conducting rigorous hygiene checks at our processing facilities to ensure you receive premium, unadulterated food.
What are the shipping charges for orders within India?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 is applied at checkout.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India.
